Island RIBs are looking for a GRP Laminator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hand layup of composites. Attention to detail, the ability to meticulously follow layup procedures, and the ability to work without close supervision are essential. The role involves working as part of a small team in the manufacture of the GRP components of our vessels including hulls and decks (6.8 to 10.0m) and all ancillary mouldings (consoles, seats etc.). The position would suit an experienced GRP laminator who takes pride in their work and would like to play a key role in the production of a very high-quality, hand-built product.
